Join Our Security Team: A Seamless Path to Becoming a Guard

At BlackStone Security Group, we've designed a hiring process that's efficient, clear, and designed to get you into the world of security in just three weeks! Below is a breakdown of our hiring process. If there is a good fit you'll be a part of our security team before you know it.

Step 1: Express Your Interest

It all begins when you express your interest in joining our team. You can easily fill out an application on our website or send your resume to HR@bssg.biz.

Step 2: Phone Screening

After showing interest, we'll reach out to you via email to up a phone screening. During this conversation, we'll discuss:

Your available hours.

Whether you have access to a vehicle.

Your previous experience.

This is your chance to share your preferences and any specific details that we should consider.

Step 3: Review and Interview

Following the phone screening, your application will be reviewed by our hiring manager. They will assess your qualifications based on the current needs of the business. 

Step 4: Interview with the Hiring Manager

Here, you'll discuss the next steps and get any additional questions answered.

Step 5: Onboarding

The onboarding process includes:

• Completing a W2 information form and other required documentation. 
• If you have a guard card, we'll proceed to the next stage. If not, we'll help you obtain one.
• For guards with a guard card, we'll send your information to the state PBS.
